Signal and Telecommunications, Medical and Rajbhasha branches of Madurai Division received efficiency shields from Southern Railway for their performance during the year 2022-23.
The Branch officers received the shield from Shri R.N. Singh, General Manager, Southern Railway at the 68th Railway Week Celebrations of Southern Railway held at Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Arangam, ICF, Chennai today ( 9th February 2024).
Madurai Division is getting Rajbhasha Rolling Shield for the sixth consecutive time for the implementation of Official Language.
The Division shared the Signal and Telecommunication shield with Tiruchchirappalli Division and Medial Shield with Perambur Railway Hospital this time.
Shri R.Ramprasath, Signal and Telecommunications Engineer, Dr.A Priya Shauthini, Chief Medical Superintendent and Shri A.Srinivasan, Rajbhasha Adhikari received the shield from General Manager.
For individual performance Six staff members of the Division too awarded at the function.
