BIS, Chennai Branch Office organized a “SENSITIZATION MEETING WITH NEW BIS LICENSEES” scheduled at Hotel Turyaa, Old Mahabalipuram Road, Elango Nagar, Perungudi, Chennai – 600041 on 08 Aug 2024, Thursday at 15:00 Hrs to express our appreciation & dedication to maintain the highest standards in their products and services. It also provided a platform for the licensees to familiarize with the resources, expertise, and network that BIS offers to support continuous improvement and innovation.
The programme had a brief orientation session about BIS, followed by the distribution of the welcome kits. This kit contains essential materials and information that will assist the Licensees in aligning with the nation’s foremost organization on quality and safety standards. The original licence document were also issued to the new licensees during the Programme. The licensees also had the opportunity to network with other new licensees and BIS officials.
From BIS, Smt.G.Bhavani, Scientist-F/ Sr.Director & Head (Chennai Branch Office); Shri Arun Puchakayala , Scientist-D and Shri Jeevandam, Scientist-D conducted the Sensitization Meeting. The Top Management Official along with the Quality Control Personnel attended the Programme from the Licensees side.
Around 57 licensees attended the Programme.
