His Excellency Governor KT Parnaik interacted with the students of Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), Gujarat, and the students from the university's Pasighat campus in a special event organized at the Raj Bhavan. The interaction session, aimed at fostering engagement between academic leaders and students, was a significant step in promoting the ideals of education and leadership in the realm of national security.


In his address, Governor Parnaik lauded Rashtriya Raksha University for its pioneering role in shaping the future leaders of India’s internal security and law enforcement sectors. He said that the state is progressing as large numbers of infrastructure projects are in different stages of completion. He encouraged students to maintain a disciplined approach to their studies and to always strive for excellence in their respective fields.

Commending the RRU and the ITBP for the students’ tour, he called for “more student exchange programmes with states, which are developed in IT and MSME sectors,” saying that “such action will open avenues for entrepreneurship and startups, create awareness about Arunachal Pradesh among the youths of the nation, and strengthen goodwill.”
